I just added an all inclusive feed. This is where you can subscribe and get everything I do on all my podcasts. In the feed will be Mike Dell’s World, Mike Dell unplugged, Geek of the North, Aviation History This Week, So, You Want To Podcast?, What’s Up With That?, Mike Dell’s World Video, Ham Radio Podclass and anything else I do where I have a link to it.
I will, at some point, add back episodes to the feed but right now it’s just everything I’m doing from here on out.
Just an easier way for you to subscribe to everything I do in the podcasting space.

I’ve been testing my “post from email” thing so I can write blog posts
and just email them into the blog to post. I had 2 tests and 1
worked. I deleted those posts. The one that didn’t work was an
attempt to post an audio file via email to the Unplugged feed. That
one failed. 
But the text only posts work.
This weekend Kathy and I are heading north to the Sugar Island Music
fest. While I’m up there, all I have is my phone for internet (if that
much) so you will likely not hear much from me. This morning
(Wednesday) I have to meet my Niece in Ludington Michigan to give her
a Laptop for my Mother-in-law, a Cell Phone for her husband and her
birthday gift. I plan on podcasting on the drive. So look for a
brand new Mike Dell’s World and/or Mike Dell Unplugged podcast (maybe
both) today.
I got a new voice recorder app for my Droid which I will try out for
the Unplugged feed and see how that works.

This is for those of you that get Mike Dell Unplugged via the RSS feed. I have combined the feeds of Unplugged and Ipdadio phone updates into one feed. This if you want to get the podcasts in iTunes or other podcatchers (such as Google Listen, Google Reader or any other)
The feed for both combined is now: http://mikedell.com/mdunplugged This will take you to a really long address that you need to cut an paste into your podcatcher of choice. (or just type in the link above)
One thing you will notice in the feed and on the website is that there will be two different counts.. Ipdadio phonecasts are up to 25 now and MDW Unplugged from the studio is up to 5. The numbering will stay the same.. So when I do my next studio unplugged it will be #6 and the next Ipadio Phonecast will be 26. Not much else I can do with that as Ipadio numbers the phonecasts and doesn’t know anything about anything else in the feed 
Oh well. anyway…..
You can still continue to listen to the podcasts here on the website as normal. Also, if you are subscribed to the rss on Ipadio for the phone updates and Mike Dell Unplugged feed here on the site, they will still work. You will only get the episodes on the feed you are subscribed to so if you want both, you should re-subscribe to the new feed or subscribe to both feeds.
Either way, I will be updating these podcasts (now just known as Mike Dell unplugged) as I have things to say. No schedule.
Speaking of schedules, I will be updating the Main Mike Dell’s World podcast soon.. I have some recorded from the car and will put it together in the next few days!
I’m also going to start doing some video podcasting soon. Watch for an announcement about that soon.. I won’t put video in my audio feeds but you can watch the video here on the site an/or subscribe to an all new RSS feed called Mike Dell’s World Video (or MDWV) These will be short (under 10 min. ) Videos of things I find interesting or just me ranting into the camera I look forward to playing with that.

Just a quick update while walking around the house. I’m hoping this will only go out on the Unplugged feed but it *might* go out of both. Not sure how that is going to work. I will figure out how to separate the feeds if it does.
Also trying out my new Behringer Ultravoice XM8500 mic with my Sony portable recorder. I think it sounds great but I’m not a good judge of my own voice. (are any of us?)
I will have a full Mike Dell’s World podcast this week. I have some cool songs to play and some issues to talk about.

YES, You are seeing double. I had to do this to get this episode into both feeds. Sorry for the confusion!
A new podcast? Well, sort of.
In Mike Dell’s World # 145 I asked was people thought of the current format of the show. Me talking, some music and the same stuff I’ve been doing for nearly 5 years. Some people thought the music was good, some thought the music was too much.
SO, this is what I’m going to do do for “unplugged”. This is going to be the feed where I do just voice. No Music, no sound effects and unedited. Just me chatting about whatever it is that’s on my mind. These episodes will will likely be shorter and can come out multipul times a week or maybe no times a week. I’m going to try to keep Mike Dell’s World (the main podcast) as it has been more or less weekly.
