Here it is March 9th and we have had a 50 degree day only 3 days ago and we have a snow storm. This is the early spring type snow. Not the nice fluffy stuff we get in January or February. I went to bed at 3pm Sunday and it was just starting to snow. I wake up at 11pm to go to work at Midnight (like I do every Sunday) and I had no idea we were going to get. I look out the window and see about 8 inches of snow on the Cadillac (which won’t fit in the garage). Damm, More snow! Once I got my car out of the garage I realized that I was going to have some trouble. There was about a foot of new, wet, heavy snow on top of glare ice that was in the driveway before the snow happened. I ended up getting out of the driveway just barley. The roads were not plowed yet and I was dragging bottom the whole way to work.
I guess I’m OVERLY ready for spring!
At least it’s not bone-chillingly cold.. It’s 28 degrees right now and is supposed to be in the 40’s on Monday.. Can anyone say Slush Puppy! What a mess!
